Answer in brief
These relationship management topics cover how a private equity firm knows who it knows. What these relationship management topics cover
Relationships are the asset a PE firm trades on, and they are usually scattered across personal inboxes and memory. The entries here explain how relationship intelligence works, how email capture from Outlook fills the CRM, and how to turn that history into a briefing before a call. Canteris, the publisher's product, fills the CRM from Microsoft 365 email and shows who at the firm knows whom; the guides explain the approach for any system.

Questions & answers
Is relationship intelligence the same as a contact list?
No. A contact list stores names. Relationship intelligence works out who at the firm knows a person, how recently they spoke, and which existing contacts offer a warm path.
Does email capture mean partners never log activity again?
It removes most manual logging of emails and meetings. Teams still add judgment the system cannot infer, such as why a deal was passed on.
